David Zweiback, DO

Dr. David Zweiback, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at  Monarch Concierge MD - Hilton Head, in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. He has more than 30 years of experience in concierge, dermatologic, and aesthetic care. He blends evidence-based medicine with a warm, holistic approach focused on prevention, longevity, and personal connection. 

Dr. Zweiback is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and is board-certified in internal medicine. His concierge model allows him to form deeper relationships with patients, offering the time, attention, and continuity that modern healthcare often lacks. 

Before relocating to Hilton Head Island, Dr. Zweiback built a thriving Philadelphia practice where his empathy, clinical skill, and personal touch earned him lasting patient loyalty. 

At Monarch Concierge MD, he provides advanced care in hormone and peptide therapy, medical dermatology, Botox and fillers, and comprehensive preventive health programs. His mission is to help patients feel their best inside and out through thoughtful, integrative treatment.

Outside the office, Dr. Zweiback is an accomplished musician who has performed professionally for more than 30 years. His love of music and art complements his medical career, bringing creativity and heart to every aspect of his work.
